Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
• Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery
• Any exceptions will be noted in product details

Order and Shipping Confirmations

• After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing
• You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active
• If your order has multiple boxes, you will have multiple tracking numbers

Allowed Shipping Regions

• Currently, we will only ship to US and Canadian addresses
• Please note though that some products may not be able to be delivered to your address in the US or Canada due to regulatory restrictions. You will be informed of which products are restricted during the checkout process

Shipping Carriers and Rates

• Golden Artist Colors is currently only offering FedEx Ground shipping through our eCommerce store
• This also means that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
• Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Taxes

• Taxes are calculated based on the value of your order and your geographical location. You will see the calculated tax at checkout

Discontinued Products - No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

   We are offering customers the opportunity to purchase select discontinued products while limited inventory remains. Please note that all discontinued items are marked and sold as Final Sale - No Returns. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products marked as 'Discontinued.'
